The system takes out, transports, receives, and detects samples from the production line in a fully automatic way, and transmits the physical index quality information of samples to the machine in real-time, which is convenient to adjust the production process in time, guides the production process and ensure the product quality.
Performance and characteristics

The sampling device transmits the filter rod to the sample receiving end of the testing equipment (comprehensive testing platform) through the valve island control system, and the receiving end receives the filter rod through the reverse buffer airflow system to avoid damage and deformation of the sample end face;
